Guide for the Use of the International System of Units (SI)

In November 15, 2014, KRISS scientist, NIST guest researcher Rae Duk Lee visited Magtomo Lab in Beijing Jiaotong University. He give us a very useful speech about Guide for the Use of the International System of Units (SI).
